Join our exclusive conference on July 4, 2024, at 5:30 PM (Paris Time). The prestigious MPC Paris studio, renowned for its groundbreaking work in VFX, will honor us by revealing their secrets behind "Under Paris."

Béatrice Bauwens, Head of MPC Paris, will open this conference by introducing the studio and officially kicking off the event. Her vision and leadership have been crucial to the realization of MPC's innovative projects. After the introduction, we will dive into the trailer for "Under Paris". This screening promises to immerse us in the fascinating and visually stunning atmosphere of the film.
With Arnaud Fouquet, discover how a VFX Supervisor has an overall look, making everything visually stunning and coherent as he was responsible for 677 VFX shots, including 288 with MPC (underwater and all the sharks), and had to organize the work of 83 artists between July 2022 and May 2024. Arnaud will share his work experience with the Netflix teams and post-production director Franck Mettre.
Next, various speakers will share their experiences and the challenges faced on this ambitious project:
Loriane Lucas, VFX Producer: Discover how the visual effects production was orchestrated to bring "Under Paris" to life, in collaboration with director Xavier Gens.
Marine Sisnaki, Rig Supervisor: Learn more about the complex rigging process that allows for realistic animation of characters and creatures.
Louis Maëro, Crowd Supervisor: Understand how animated crowds were designed to populate scenes in a believable manner.
To conclude the conference, a live Q&A session will take place. This will be the perfect opportunity for participants to interact directly with the MPC studio and deepen their understanding of the work done on the film!
