Florian Girardot is a seasoned VFX and Compositing Supervisor with over 16 years of experience in the creative industries, specializing in feature films and episodic content, both live action and full CG. Throughout his career, Florian has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead high-profile projects, ensuring the delivery of top-quality visual effects while maintaining the artistic vision and technical excellence. Florian's journey at DreamWorks Animation, on puss in Boots; Then he kept traveling around the world, working at various studios (including Mac Guff, Zoic Studios, MPC, Sony, Scanline, ICON and DNEG) on many great projects ( Alita Battle Angel, Deadpool 2, Spiderman…) Alongside his professional work, Florian has also been passionate about education, sharing his knowledge through teaching at institutions like Pluralsight, ARTFX, and CGCircuit. His expertise lead thousands of learners. He supervised students movies who then won many prizes including the prestigious VES. Florian holds a Master's degree with honors in Art and Technology of Image from the University Paris VIII.
