Over several sessions, you’ll gain hands-on experience in creating and structuring a personal film project, and learn how to prepare a compelling pitch. Moreover, this Animated Project Development Bootcamp is perfect for both individuals who want to develop their concept and initial designs but never get around to doing it, and those with existing projects looking to organize their project bible and refine their pitch.
Additionally, a background in storytelling and design is preferred for this bootcamp. Every step is meticulously explained and guided to help you confidently build your project and pitch. Furthermore, each session will involve concrete examples and practical exercises based on the different steps of developing a pitch bible. Along with these exercises, you will also have one-on-one time to review your projects.
By the end of the Animated Project Development Bootcamp, you’ll have tangible materials to include in your project dossier and pitch. Consequently, you will have a better understanding of your intentions, as well as the format and audience your project is aimed at. Evaluation & Certification
Final project
- Present a pitch bible that provides a clear vision of your project, both in terms of the story and the visual style. Successful completion earns you a skill certificate from Meet Your Legend, indicating cooptation by industry legends. If unsuccessful, you can resubmit your pitch bible later

Your mentor
Caroline Attia is an illustrator and animation filmmaker based in Paris. Her work is all about storytelling : Whatever the medium used, story is at it’s the core. And what make a good story is good characters with strength and flows. That’s why she love creating them and giving life to them trough animation and illustration.
Her credits include collaborations with Folimage, Gestalten, New York Times, Elle, Scholastic, Cartoon Networks, MTV Asia, Sacrebleu production, Technicolor, BETC, Marcel Agency, DLP, Milan, Fleurus, Rageot, Belin, Gautier Langereau, and more. She has recent co-directed he feature film « Animals Tales of Christmas » produced by Les Valseurs that will be out in theater in November 2024 in France and Germany.

- Basic understanding of 3D, Illustration, Storytelling and Character Design
- Familiarity with operating a computer and its OS (OSX, Windows, or Linux)
- Illustration software installed on the machine or on a tablette or traditional illustration material as well as a scanner (non-commercial license is sufficient)
- Layout software (non-commercial license is sufficient)
