Additionally, Baptiste will share detailed insights into how AI has streamlined operations, enhanced creativity, and improved efficiency within the studio.

Furthermore, Baptiste will demonstrate how AI tools are utilized in real-world scenarios.

About BAPTISTE GUEUSQUIN


Working in VFX with AI by Baptiste Gueusquin, CG Generalist

Baptiste graduated from ARTFX in 2023. Initially, his career was marked by his graduation film, which won the prestigious “Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project” award at the VES. This industry recognition was a significant milestone for the entire film team, including Baptiste.

Soon after, he began his career at Machine Molle studio as a TD Compositor. In this role, Baptiste focused on advancing both 2D visual effects and Artificial Intelligence research and development. Specifically, he was responsible for setting up complex pipelines and managing Nuke interfaces.

Following his time at Machine Molle, Baptiste moved to Electric Theater Collective as a Junior CG Generalist. There, he expanded his expertise by working on various AI-driven projects. For example, his work involved applying technical skills to enhance CGI and integrating innovative AI solutions into creative processes. This contributed significantly to the studio’s projects and its exploration of new technological frontiers.

Currently, Baptiste combines his expertise and passion for innovation to contribute to projects that push boundaries and set new standards in the VFX industry.
