With eight years of experience as a VFX & CG Supervisor, Charles has cultivated a comprehensive skill set covering every phase of film production. Notably, his expertise spans from pre-production to post-production. To start, his role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities. For example, he collaborates closely with production teams to bid on projects. Moreover, he helps create detailed schedules and manages deliveries. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in recruiting and overseeing staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless pipeline integration.
Furthermore, Charles’s work goes beyond mere project management. Importantly, he is also actively involved in developing new tools alongside the pipeline team.
